Orlando Bloom Marries

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have secretly got married. The duo recently confirmed the news to People.com, but details on where and when the wedding took place are still scarce.

Supermodel Kerr, 27, let the news of the wedding slip, when she had to back out of a July appearance at Australian department store David Jones, to go on her honeymoon. “David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together,” Kerr says in the statement.

Kerr and Bloom, 33, met in 2007, became friends and started dating soon after. They confirmed their engagement in June 2010.

Kerr was most recently by her new hubby’s side when he collected his honorary degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England.

No other details about the very hush-hush ceremony were forthcoming, nor is anyone divulging where the comely couple are planning to spend their honeymoon.

Myleene Klass Calls Off Wedding Plans

Myleene Klass has been engaged to her long-term partner Graham Quinn for four years, but according to recent reports they won’t be getting married any time soon. The couple originally postponed their wedding when Myleene fell pregnant with daughter Ava in 2007.

But with all the stories of celebrity love rats and scandals, it seems that Myleene’s having second thoughts about getting married at all.

Having previously said that they would probably have a spontaneous beach wedding, recent events surrounding celebrity marriage scandals have made the 32-year-old think twice about making the commitment.

Myleene told a UK magazine she has been affected by several recent celebrity marriage scandals, admitting “You do wonder if it could happen to you. My mum keeps asking me when I’m going to get married, but I don’t think it’s going to happen any more!”

The former Hear’Say singer – who has a two-year-old daughter with Graham – adds, “When I look at all the celeb couples splitting up, I think it’s time to return to the basics.”

Despite the change of plans, the couple are definitely still together.

Myleene still calls Graham her best friend. “He knows me inside out and he still loves me, so that’s got to be a bonus, right?”.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem get Married

Hollywood actors Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have tied the knot at a friend’s house in the Bahamas, Cruz’s spokeswoman has confirmed.

Amanda Silverman told news agency, The Associated Press, that Cruz, 36, wore a John Galliano dress at the ceremony, which only family members attended.

The couple, both from Spain, appeared together in Woody Allen’s film Vicky Cristina Barcelona in 2008. Cruz won a supporting actress Oscar for her role in the romantic comedy.

Bardem, 41, was named best supporting actor at the 2007 Academy Awards for his role in the crime thriller No Country for Old Men.

The couple first acted together in Spanish comedy Jamon Jamon. The movie, which won a Silver Lion award at the 1992 Venice Film Festival, also marked Cruz’s debut in a feature film.

Speculation that the couple were about to tie the knot had been growing in Hollywood in recent weeks.

Ms Cruz was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring in October 2009.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Marry

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are married. According to American website TMZ they tied the knot at a small, intimate ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii and that the wedding was attended by only a half dozen people.

The pair met on the set of the TV sitcom Hope & Faith back in 2004. They have a reported tumultuous relationship which has been on and off since Megan was 18. They were engaged from 2007 to 2009, and took a short break before announcing a second engagement just weeks ago.

Most probably think that was the shortest engagement in the universe because of all the talk of the couple getting engaged in Hawaii while on vacation recently, but Megan cleared things up for Hollyscoop at the Jonah Hex premiere last week, saying, “I’ve been engaged for FOUR years.”

It’s the first marriage for both, although Green has an eight-year-old son, Kassius, with actress Vanessa Marcil.

US Weekly reported that Green proposed at The Four Seasons (where they subsequently wed) but Megan lost the engagement ring in the sand.

‘I saw her jumping up and down,’ a source said. ‘Later I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand.’ But the search was reportedly proved unsuccessful.

‘Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it,’ another source said. ‘No one found it.’

Fox denied the story though, saying: ‘We’ve been engaged for four years, so I don’t know why the story is breaking now like it’s new.

‘But I’m happy to still be engaged and still be with him.’

In an interview with the mirror.com, Russell Brand has said his little black book, his “trusty companion over the years”, is now a closed for good.

Russell said he won’t be needing all those ladies’ phone numbers anymore because, ahead of his nuptials to Katy Perry, the reformed lothario has pledged to remain faithful.

Russell, 34, is reported to have said: “You have to be. That’s one of the things about this institution of marriage, I’ve recently had explained to me by my wife. You must be faithful. And I don’t have a problem with that. I’m really, really in love.”

Then he apparently added: “Well, I mean. You know, it’s sort of odd isn’t it, because there is certainly a compromise. You just can’t maraud through life ‘seeing’ (we changed the word here for modesty…) whomever you’d like. Which is a shame ‘cos I wish I actually could do that. That’s the compromise.”

David Walliams & the Synchronized Swimmers for his wedding

 As celebrity wedding parties go, David Walliams and Lara Stone’s was actually refreshingly normal…Except for one thing, the ‘reported’ synchronized swimmers.

According to heatworld.com. the reception party for Walliams’ wedding took place at Shoreditch House in London where he’d clearly decided to make use of the rooftop pool on offer. It’s reported a James Bond movie was projected against the wall, whilst gold bikini-clad swimmers emerged and started a routine in the pool.

Russell & Katy Planning Week Long Wedding

British comedian Russell Brand and his singer/ fiance Katy Perry are planning a week of wedding celebrations in October.  The couple have reportedly sent out ‘Save the Date’ cards to their friends and family.

The cards reportedly feature a picture of Indian henna hand art and urges guests to “Save the week for the wedding of Katy and Russell” from Oct 18 to 25 and reveals attendees “will need a passport”. The invite also states guests “will be contacted soon with more information”.

Ms Perry is reported to have said that the couple are planning a ‘smallish’ wedding, insisting she doesn’t want the ceremony to turn into a “drunk fest of people”.

“We don’t want it to be a drunk fest of people, just one night and then forgetting about it. We want it to be about love. The wedding will be small. I always have a ton of people around me and I think the people that are going to share this moment with us are the people we want to integrate into each other’s lives,” she said.

Heidi Klum & Seal Renew Wedding Vows

Heidi Klum and Seal renewed their wedding vows once again at the weekend. Having carried out the ceremony every year since they tied the knot five years ago, the supermodel and singer reaffirmed their marriage in front of their children and friends in Mexico.

The unidentified source is reported to have told People.com that the couple renewed their vows at sunset Saturday with their children and close family friends present. Reports said that the ceremony was followed by a reception with about 80 guests under an open-air hut decorated with white flowers and lit by dozens of chandeliers and thousands of candles, the source told People.

“It’s our time – a lovely family time,” Heidi recently told a US magazine. “It’s about remembering this moment of love we gave to each other and reinforcing it.”

Supermodel Heidi Klum and husband Seal, are the third of a recent string of celebrities to renew their vows, following in the footsteps of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, and Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.

Naomi Campbell is a lucky girl. She’s reported to be about to marry one of the richest men in the world, Vladislav Doronin. Naomi and her zillionaire partner Vladislav have been talking about tying the knot forever, and it seems like her dreams of having a multi-million dollar wedding are closer than ever.

The cat got out of the bag when Vladislav reportedly confessed to a magazine editor that they’re in the process of picking bridesmaids.

Online newspaper life.ru quoted the 47-year-old business tycoon as saying: “I can’t say it took us long to decide who will be bridesmaid. We are good friends with Dasha [Roman Abramovich’s girl friend), she is a wonderful person and talented designer. So she will be next to Naomi at our wedding.”

But there’s a minor problem that’s putting a damper on their wedding plans. Rumour has it Vladimir is currently still married to Ekaterina, the mother of his teenage daughter Katia.

Vladislav, who is nicknamed the ‘Donald Trump of Russia’, began his relationship with Naomi in 2008. He’s stood by her side through all her temper tantrums and arrests. Watch this space…

Simon Cowell to have ‘Four Weddings’

Simon Cowell, one of the toughest judges on TV has apparently a real soft spot for weddings.  Simon Cowell  is reportedly planning to get married four times to his fiance, Ms Mezhgan Hussainy.

Simon Cowell’s plans were revealed yesterday by his brother Tony, who said: “My mum is over in LA sorting out the lovebirds and coming back, hopefully, with a wedding date.”

He added that his mum had told him: “Last year he said he was never, never, never going to get married. “This year, he’s getting married four times, in Brighton, in LA, in Barbados on a yacht and in Hollywood.”

It is understood the wedding will be in Brighton, with the other events being blessings or celebrations.

Previously, the couple have stated that they were going to have two ceremonies to appease both sides of their family, but now they are planning four weeding events, no one is exactly sure where the extra two came from.

At the weekend, Cowell, 50, told Britain’s Got Talent viewers he wanted to find “the new Lassie”. Later, when he took his mum out to a Malibu restaurant, it’s reported that the one time Mr Nasty of TV took time out to pet another diner’s dog and feed it pizza.
